The $200 is fine. Regarding expenses at annual in general, I know HHTF has plans & April mentioned snacks for the all-TF meeting. What else? (Not counting travel awards & Biblo-those are budgeted separately.)

I think both are great ideas & I'd be interested in helping develop them. For protest rights I have referred people to the ACLU page https://www.aclu.org/know-your-rights/protesters-rights but it would be great to have librarian sourced info.
