Only one minor editorial comment and that is that "notated music" is listed twice in the scope note in Recommendation 3. (I think one of those "notated musics" is supposed to be a "notated movement".) But otherwise I support this proposal and think the proposed recommendations provide much needed clarification ...

As much as I also appreciate the desire to clean up the list of elements, I agree with others that the first option of recording multiple instances of title proper (instead of designating one as the main title proper and others as variant) would be the most preferable and invite the least amount of confusion. ...

Very nit picky comment, but under the "Describing an aggregate" section on pages 3 and 4, I believe "require" is missing from the "If at least one of the expressions or works.." sentence, but otherwise, this proposal looks good and the recommendations help clarify instructions for describing aggregates ...
