Bio

After 30 years in libraries and technology, I founded The Owl Works. I have been very active in library organizations, and has served on numerous committees and initiatives within the American Library Association, the Center for Research Libraries and NERL, HathiTrust, Triangle Research Library Network, the Partnership for Shared Book Collections, and the Ivy Plus Libraries Confederation.

For organizations and projects, THE OWL WORKS brings my organizational and communication skills, leadership, and knowledge to projects and consultations including project and staff management, visioning and leadership, budgeting, and technology. THE OWL WORKS also can help customers plan for and manage individual and organizational change in strategic and tactical contexts.

For individuals, THE OWL WORKS helps increase folks' effectiveness, engage  networks, seek the work people want to be doing, and leverage strengths while recognizing areas of needed development, networking, research, and learning.
