An implementation plan may vary from developing an assessment plan, a scorecard, dashboard and metrics for goals, to identifying culture enablers and challenges, structure and restructuring, developing a growth and development plan for employees, etc. The most typical implementation approach is developing metrics for strategic goals and the process/mechanisms to monitor and report on them on a quarterly basis.
