As part of the Core Virtual Interest Group Week, Kirsten Clark, University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, presented on IDEA in Project Management. While Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility can be elements of project management approaches, purposefully using PM techniques and processes provides opportunities for libraries and teams to ensure diversity of backgrounds and thoughts. This presentation discusses current practices and literature in this area.Kirsten Clark is the Director of Library Enterprise Systems at the University of Minnesota Libraries. She has worked on multiple projects throughout her nearly 25 years working in libraries in Minnesota, New Mexico, and Colorado.
