Please join u for this month's Library Leaders Lounge event this Wednesday, February 12. We will share experiences of "Leading During Times of Change." Any type of change can cause stress and anxiety for patrons and employees – changes inside the library administration, changes in the larger institution, and even political change at the state or federal level. Come and join the hive mind for advice to navigate challenging times.
The zoom drop-in event begins at 10am Pacific /11am Mountain /12pm Central /1pm Eastern. This and future events are open to anyone regardless of library type, and do not require membership in ALA or ALA Core. Participants can stop in for a minute or stay for the entire session. The sessions are not recorded to encourage open and honest discussion.
