    Hi everyone-

    Based on today's CC:DA discussion, I have prepared a revision of the TF's proposal to Remove string encoding scheme instructions from base RDA. (Attached.)

    This document still needs a vote from CC:DA to make its way to NARDAC (and hopefully the RSC!)

    And of course I got this exactly backwards. This is the document that I improved but does not need another CC:DA vote. Sorry for any confusion!
