    Hi Core Digital Conversion Interest Group Members, 

    I have several things to update the group on: 

    We need a new chair for this interest group. You would start right after ALA Annual. It's a great opportunity to connect with others and contribute to the field in a way that's not too time intensive. Please email me if you have any interest.

    We will have an upcoming discussion meeting on April 25th at 2 PM ET/12 PM MT. 
    Here is the agenda and Zoom link. I hope you will come and take part in the discussion! 

    At ALA Annual, our group will meet with the Core Technology Section for an in-person discussion. 

    Lastly, I wanted to give a plug for the ALA Core Fundamentals Courses. The Fundamentals Web Courses cover many areas but some that might be of interest to you all include digital library projects, preservation and management. Courses are 4 to 6 weeks in length and are repeated throughout the year. Students have 24/7 access to the course material. Instructors moderate live weekly chat discussions and provide instruction.
