Core Technical Services Directors of Large Research Libraries Interest Group

Dear colleagues,

I write to inform you that I will be retiring at the end of this month after more than 30 years with NYPL (the last 11 of them as part of BookOps). My last day will be this Friday, June 28. 

I've been representing NYPL in this group since 2014, when we were still known informally as the ALCTS "Big Heads." I very much appreciate the support and information sharing that is characteristic of this unique group of technical services leaders.  

Tomasz Kalata, Assistant Director at BookOps for cataloging, will take my place representing NYPL on the Core Technical Services Directors of Large Research Libraries Committee. He can be reached at tomaszkalata@bookops.org.
