    Dear Colleagues,

In addition to the Core Storage Interest Group meeting at ALA Annual (Sunday, June 28th from 2:30 to 3:30 at the Hyatt Regency McCormick, Grant Park C), the ALA Core Storage Interest Group is offering an opportunity to tour two Storage facilities on Friday, June 26, 2026:  Mansueto Library at the University of Chicago and The Center for Research Libraries.

Details:  Attendees will travel on their own to Mansueto Library and meet at the Regenstein Library entrance at the University of Chicago at 12:30pm.  Once that tour ends, the group will travel to the CRL facility which is slightly less than a mile away.  Attendees may walk or travel by rideshares between the two locations.  The second tour will start around 2:15, and is expected to last an hour, allowing for time to get to the convention center for the opening of the Exhibits Hall.

Signups are limited to 17 participants, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please sign up by June 22nd.  There will also be a limited waitlist.  You will receive confirmation of your spot or waitlist status via email.  If you are not able to attend, please let us know ASAP so that we may offer your slot to the next person on the list. Please feel free to contact me or Gary (gary.burcheski@yale.edu) if you have any questions about the tour.
