    I'm gathering topic ideas for our informal brown bag lunch meeting in November. Here are some suggestions that I'd like to send out for a vote:

    Is your role fulfilled as a manager?
    As a manager, do you have the autonomy to do your work?
    How do you change a work culture that is hesitant to change?
    Strategies for effective collaboration in technical services
    What challenges or issues is your library currently facing?
