    The October issue of CD HotList: New Releases for Libraries (http://cdhotlist.com) has been posted and is, as always, freely available for your enjoyment. This month's recommendations include some startlingly tonal contemporary classical music for clarinet; Renaissance choral music from the underappreciate Pierre de Manchicourt; jazz-Indian fusion from the Arun Ramamurthy Trio; a J.J.
