    The March issue of CD HotList: New Releases for Libraries (http://cdhotlist.com) has been posted and is freely available to all. This month's recommendations include a lovely Schubert recording featuring a uniquely designed harp; consort music by the irrascible Matthew Locke; some French soul jazz; a mid-80s live recording by Richard Thompson; Palestinian, Persian, and Russian folk music; and much more.
