    The March issue of CD HotList: New Releases for Libraries (http://cdhotlist.com) has been posted and is freely available to all. This month's recommendations include some weirdo folk music from Stranger Still; some Bach on electric guitar (seriously, check it out); some avant-rock from Fred Frith and also from his old band Henry Cow; some meat-and-potatoes melodic punk from Shonen Knife; and much more.
