    Greetings –

The August issue of CD HotList: New Releases for Libraries (http://cdhotlist.com) has been posted and is freely available to all. This month's recommendations include a new recording of Steve Reich's Music for 18 Musicians by the Colin Currie Group; the first period-instrument recording of baroque music ever to be made in Montana; some dreamy jazz-ish violin from Aline Homzy; honky-tonk traditionalism from Brennen Leigh; Killing Joke in dub; the long-awaited new release from African Head Charge; and much more. Enjoy!
