    Hello!

Please excuse any cross-posting of this invitation to participate in this study. Feel free to share it with colleagues outside of Core and ALA who may be interested in participating.

You are being asked to participate in a 10-15 minute research survey. The purpose of this study is to determine whether a background in Eastern-influenced philosophies and spiritual practices such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness exercises, etc. has an impact on management skills, particularly those used to promote the mental health and well-being of employees working in library settings. Responses are sought from managers both with and without this background.

The informed consent and survey are available at: https://iu.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_b8zMrisAyOVB6bI
