    Please join us for a virtual discussion for mid-level managers in academic libraries.  Registration is not required and the event is open to all.

    Date: Tuesday, February 4, 2025

    Time: 11am Pacific / 2pm Eastern

    In this conversation, participants will have the opportunity to share ideas and hear from their peers on a variety of topics related to management in academic libraries. The  discussion will introduce the following topics:

    1. Leadership and Management
    2. Employee Well-being and Morale
    3. Recruitment and Retention
    4. Training and Development
    5. Workload Issues
    6. Organizational Challenges

    The time spent on each topic will depend on attendee interest and engagement. We invite anyone interested to attend.
