Feel free to share meeting information with others. Notices will be sent out to select listservs in early June.
I am looking at the agenda now. I've heard from a couple of liaisons that can't make all three days of the meeting and need to move their report time to a certain day. Liaisons, I need to know as soon as possible if there is a certain day and time you need me to schedule your report presentation for.
Liaisons and working group/subcommittee chairs, please have your reports submitted by Tuesday, June 6th. Submit your reports by sending them attached to an email to both of these email addresses:
Then they will be posted on both the SAC member site and the SAC public site with no additional steps from you. All members and liaisons should have the necessary permissions to post to the public site, but if you encounter any difficulties, send me a note and I'll look into it.
