Morning all,
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I'm checking in to try and get some listserv-style conversation going with this prompt:
Do any of you have a standard method for assessing vendor services? We find ourselves often in the position of evaluating vendor-supplied records or shelf-ready services, and I'm wondering if folks have developed a standard rubric for those types of assessments. I've been focused on how we can get staff involved internally in the evaluation process, but we haven't established any sort of concrete framework – it ends up being very specific to the circumstances of each case.
If you have any thoughts/experiences or any documentation to share, feel free to reply to the list or to me directly.
Thanks!
Claire
