Core Technical Services Directors of Large Research Libraries Interest Group

Dear Big Head friends,

I wanted to let all of you know that I will be retiring from Penn at the end of June.    I have been a member of this group since 2000, when I was at the University of Virginia.   For many years, this group was my professional home--providing support and information to deal with the challenges that are unique to technical services leadership.   The sharing of ideas among peers has made all of our institutions better.   I will miss you.  

Katia Strieck, currently Director of LIBRA remote storage facility, will be the interim Director of the Information Processing Center.    Ellen:  could you add her to the email list and the ALA Connect group?
