I generally support this proposal.
I agree with Chelsea's observation and have the following additional comment:
Recommendation 3: Create a new element, Manifestation: duration of embodied content. Add Manifestation: duration of embodied content as a subtype of Manifestation: extent of embodied content.
Comment: Generally agree - but where is the text of the instructions? This proposal stops after the definition & Prerecording section. For suggested new elements, I expected to see the full text, even if it is as brief as note on collective agent. To fully understand how all of these proposals interrelate, the full context would be helpful.

Only one minor editorial comment and that is that "notated music" is listed twice in the scope note in Recommendation 3. (I think one of those "notated musics" is supposed to be a "notated movement".) But otherwise I support this proposal and think the proposed recommendations provide much needed clarification for recording duration.
