Rare Book Pillow Questions

    All,

    Asking for a bit of help on a project that we have been asked to work on.  Has anyone created a cover for these rare book pillows? Rare Book Display Pillow

    The covers are Tyvek and have a tendency to separate at the seams and leak the Ethafoam shreds.  We were able to ultrasonically weld the Tyvek seams but it really feels like a very temporary fix.  We were thinking if we created new covers for them that the cover would take on some of the weight and might not have breach the seams.  But I wanted to see if anyone had a solution or had encountered something similar.
