This final session of a five-part series on analytics and batch editing using PyMARC, and it is the final session on our mini-series on batch editing. Emily Fidelman of West Virginia University will open by demonstrating the use of PyMARC with the OCLC Metadata API to edit WorldCat records held by West Virginia University (WVU). WVU is a WorldShare Management Services (WMS) library and uses its catalog functionality.

For our main event, Jamie Carlstone from Northwestern University will demonstrate PyMARC scripts to improve the quality of MARC records for Environmental Impact Statements and other materials before loading them to Alma.
