I also support this proposal. There is a clear need and many uses cases for additional elements to describe notated movement. One note of caution: many of the "details of" elements in RDA are soft-deprecated, including details of format of notated music, on which the proposed new element details of format of notated movement is modeled. Since there is a moratorium on further development of soft-deprecated elements in RDA, the RSC may be wary of approving the creation of a new element that clearly fits the pattern of similar soft-deprecated elements.
Although I don't think the proposal should exclude details of format of notated movement, I recommend that the proposal acknowledge the issue of the soft-deprecated "details of" elements. Even if the RSC approves format of notated movement only, this element can accommodate the description of more details using unstructured description.
