    Hello,

I'm Rachael Elrod, PI and team member on the Diverse BookFinder (DBF) IMLS grant project. I'm contacting you on behalf of Bates College and the University of Florida (UF), who, in partnership with the DBF, are working on a project to enhance AI tools in libraries. This initiative will bring Humanities AI scholars and library practitioners together, focusing on ethical AI alignment with library values such as accessibility, privacy, and inclusivity.

Given your group's expertise and interests, I believe this could be an exciting opportunity for collaboration; I would welcome your group's participation in shaping and advancing this initiative.

Please let me know if this project resonates with your group's focus and we can set up a time to talk. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best Regards,

    Rachael
