    Hello Fellow Library Consulting IG Members,
    Our Core IG Week presentation is scheduled for Friday, March 10th at 1pm. This is an annual event hosted by ALA Core to allow existing interest groups to share with potential members.  At last week's membership meeting, several great ideas were discussed regarding how to inform interested attendees about the Library Consulting Interest Group.
    Please contact Val at val@p2gconsulting.com if you are interested in participating in the planning process for the upcoming IG Week presentation. Participating members will have the option to share the nature of their consulting work at the event. Opportunities like this are one of the benefits of membership in this interest group as our audience will consist of fellow ALA members, likely members of our target markets.
    We anticipate scheduling the initial planning meeting for the first week of February so please reach out promptly to indicate your interest in planning, facilitating, and/or presenting. All are welcome to join us in promoting this group and positioning us for a strong future.
