    Hi all, 

    We have a customer reaching out to us with a question we do not necessarily know how to answer.  We are hoping that this group of experts may be able to provide feedback about consultants/companies, or maybe even your own analysis if you've worked through the same review in the past, that could assist with the following question: 

    "Do you know of any logistics consulting firms that could provide an in-depth assessment of how a library could/couldn't benefit from a distribution site/functioning and staffed warehouse? If not logistics specifically, maybe an operations consultant that would help us look at movement of supply intake and materials distribution throughout the county. Helping a public library with a master plan."
