    Hello everyone,

    Thank you for another great conversation. We chatted about a new start in 2026, with folks renewing goals, starting new projects, taking time off, and dusting off strategic plans. 

    We had an engaging conversation about the differences between operational and strategic plans, starting new plans, and tracking progress on existing plans. We also talked about not doing strategic plans but rather focusing on a list of priorities for the year. Projects included facilities renovations and LMS migrations which are complex and can be daunting.
