    Hello everyone,

    Here is what we discussed this past week:

    • Professional development support and how mentorship works at different types of libraries
    • Some libraries are reporting hiring freezes
    • Summer projects include planning and weeding
    • With staffing shortages, folks have to cross-train to support other areas
    • How do we do less with less
