    The April issue of CD HotList: New Releases for Libraries (http://dchotlist.com) has been posted and is freely available to all. This month's recommendations include a five-disc retrospective box set by avant-dub legends Creation Rebel; a two-disc retrospective of singles by Bakersfield legend Wynn Stewart; another gorgeous release from composer/bassist Yosef Gutman Levitt; another gorgeous standards set from Noah Haidu; eerie medieval music from Bosnia and Herzogovina; and much more.
