Core Technical Services Directors of Large Research Libraries Interest Group

Everyone,

It's hard to believe that I have been an official member of BigHeads for only five years. I think I have been attending BigHeads my entire career, lol. I have recently accepted the position of Deputy University Librarian at Stanford and will leave my role as Head of Technical and Access Services on September 1st. Alexis Manheim, our Head of Acquisitions, will be taking on the role of AUL for TS. I couldn't be happier that Alexis will be replacing me. Her background and deep understanding of e-resources will be a key strength in moving us forward. I feel fortunate that our many discussions here, both formal and informal, have prepared me well for my new role. I'm not sure of who may be responsible for officially tracking transitions, but please welcome Alexis to the group! And I am wondering how she is added to this group?
