Our NARDAC Representatives, Bob Maxwell and Adam Schiff, have put forth the NARDAC Revised Terms of Reference for feedback. Please review the attached document and provide any feedback no later than end of day this Friday (July 18th). There are very few changes so it shouldn't take long to look over.

Hi Karl:

Thank you so much for asking feedback on this document titled "North American RDA Committee Terms Of Reference 2025.  The document clearly outlines NARDAC's charge, membership, operations, and responsibilities.  The roles of RSC representative and other members are well-articulated.  I just have a few editorial comments:

1. Typo or space within the word "region": e.g. the North American reg             ion on the RDA Steering Committee (RSC)
2. Awkward phrasing in 2.6: e.g. The members of NARDAC will choose one member (1) or two (2) members as chair or co-chairs; this individual the chair or a co-chair may or may not also be the elected RSC representative.  It could be: .. one (1) or two (2) members as chair or co-chairs.  The chair or co-chairs may ...
3. Policy ambiguities 3.1.2: e.g. "a voting mechanism, "  is kind of vague.  Can we be specify "a voting mechanism via anonymous ballot"?
4.  Missing "a" in 4.3, e.g. by simple majority of voting members.     Should it be "by a simple majority of voting members."
5. Need to add a table of content
6. Need to add glossary
7. Need to add version control or approval history:  Approved by NARDAC on [Date] at the end.
