Hello everyone,
We all are well aware that Open Access comes at a cost, but that it can be hard to track using traditional tools in an ILS.
Open Access financial support often falls to technical services departments as an acquisitions activity, even though the group is not often associated with support for open knowledge. How are you helping to track open access spending and labor within your departments. Does this include any of the administration of the caps in transformative agreements?
