Now that we've had a bit of time to digest that, it's time for our monthly technical services conundrum. This month, let's talk about documentation.
Undeniably, technical services departments have seen a decline in staffing in recent years. While many departments document to help support the transition between staff turnover or attrition, there are also limits to how much teams can document.
To what extent are your departments documenting technical services work these days? Are there any tools or tricks you use to make the process easier?
