I'm considering an ERMS to organize and streamline my work. Does anyone here use BLUEcloud eRM, SD's ERMS? Or another ERMS, either hosted or not?
For background, we're a state agency and my division serves the research and learning needs of all state employees, so we have a wide variety of electronic resources to manage. Automated data collection process is a must-have given the (small) size of our library compared to our (large) patron base.
