    Hi All,

    I want to call your attention to the concerns surrounding the following:

    150 Trans-exclusionary radical feminism CHANGE HEADING

    150 Gender-critical feminism    [May Subd Geog]    [sp2022007202]

    450 UF TERF movement

    450 UF TERF-ism

    450 UF Trans-exclusionary feminism [Former heading]

    450 UF Transgender-exclusionary feminism

    450 UF Transgender-exclusionary radical feminism

    550 BT Feminism

    550 BT Trans-exclusionary radical feminism

    688 Heading changed from Trans-exclusionary feminism to Gender-critical feminism in January 2025.

    Both the Gender & Sexuality SACO funnel and the Rainbow Round Table have issues with the proposal. The Gender and Sexuality funnel has written "Argument against changing 'Trans-exclusionary radical feminism' to 'Gender-critical feminism'". The Rainbow RT also has a Connect discussion.

    I support referencing these concerns in our comments from SAC.

    Thanks for posting that Amanda.  I agree that our comments should reup the arguments of these two groups regarding this proposed change. The Gender and Sexuality document provides extensive research and reasoned arguments on the topic.
