Purpose: Focuses on both broad and specific preservation issues in libraries. Topics encompass physical collections generally, and occasionally digital preservation issues. We serve academic, public, special, and other types of libraries.

Join the new Preservation Section

    Hello colleagues!

    A friendly reminder that the Preservation Section has been officially re-formed. Please check your Connect groups to see if you are a member of this new section. Log into Core Connect, click on the Communities tab-->Sections-->Preservation. You will see either a message with a green check mark that says you are a member, or a button to "join section" near the top left of the page. If you know you are not a member, just click the link above and hit that join button.

    I just joined, and I'm on the Leadership Team...so maybe there are others who missed this step. Have a great weekend.
