Dear all,
We are happy to announce the Call for the iPRES 2023 Ad-Hoc Program is now open!
Lightning talks, digital preservation games, Birds of a Feather sessions – once again iPres offers exciting submission categories beyond the traditional paper, panel, poster, workshop, and tutorial submissions. These Ad Hoc sessions are lightly reviewed and are not submitted through the portal, and abstracts are not published in the proceedings. The Ad Hoc is great for experimental and networking activities or ideas that you want to share but don't feel ready to publish.
There are several categories in the Ad Hoc Program:
These sessions will:
-
have a lightweight submission process (review here)
-
be coordinated and lightly reviewed by the iPRES 2023 Program Committee
-
have a rolling deadline and acceptance cycle: May 8 - July 7
-
be handled on a "first come, first served" basis
-
receive final notification of acceptance on August 1
Submit your contribution here: https://forms.gle/8EGKmV4ZtRi1XS1G7.
If you have any questions regarding the ad-hoc program, please contact ipres2023@gmail.com!
