    Hello ALA CORE eBooks community,

Just a quick note to let you know that I'm officially retired as of the end of this week/month (i.e., Sept. 30).

I'm moving my ALA contact info over to my personal e-mail address at, but once my current ALA membership expires, that will be that.

I've very much enjoyed all of my interaction with this group, in particular, and attending eBook Friday's at ALA conferences either in person (up until Covid) or virtually, as well as other information exchange here has been extremely valuable, and rewarding. A big thank-you to everyone who participates in this group for all that you do!

My best regards to all of you,

    Hi Will,

I'm very glad for you and yet sad for us.  Your energy and wisdom will be much missed. Thanks for all you have done advancing access to and use of library digital content!

All best wishes for a happy and fulfilling retirement.
