Free Webinar - Collective Leadership for Libraries and Museums

  • 1.  Free Webinar - Collective Leadership for Libraries and Museums

    Posted 21 days ago

Collective leadership leads to better outcomes in libraries, museums, and schools.

You're invited to join us on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at noon ET to learn how to move from a power-over mindset to a power-with mindset with Cassandra O'Neill and the collective leadership framework.

This webinar will explore a collective leadership framework co-developed by Ms. O'Neill in the book Five Elements of Collective Leadership. Rather than focusing on how an individual can influence, manage, and direct others, collective leadership focuses on developing trust and collaborating with others.

Participants will identify situations in their work that would benefit from collaboration. We will brainstorm how to build inclusivity and move from a power-over mindset to a power-with mindset.
