The ALA Core Cataloging Norms Interest Group is seeking proposals for the 2025 ALA Core Interest Group Week. We invite you to submit presentation proposals for our program, which will be held virtually on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. (EST) / 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (CST)

    • Remediation and/or enhancement of vendor-supplied metadata records
    • Catalog and cataloging norms: evolution, definition, and functions
    • Cataloging and/or metadata and its related aspects in academic, public, special, or school libraries
You do not need to be a member of ALA/Core to present or attend.
