Attached are the three final versions of the documents presented at the winter sessions of CC:DA's meeting. The Representation document is unchanged. The Procedures (by-laws) and International Standards documents reflect updates occasioned by the discussions at the meeting. As before, given the comprehensive nature of the edits from the original versions, only the final text is provided here without marked up copy. Those original versions have been posted previously.
They are submitted for a motion by a voting member for them to be endorsed and advanced to the Metadata and Collections Section's Executive Committee for approval.
