    Hi everyone,

    My organization is looking into establishing some employee recognition awards across our several libraries inclusive of faculty, staff, or teams. These would be centered on library employees and library work.  We are starting somewhat from scratch, but if you have a successful employee recognition program and would be willing to share any details of it, I would really appreciate it!
