  • 1.  eForum in May: Co-moderators please!

    Posted Mar 10, 2025 09:42 AM

    Hi folks,

We look to be "on" for our eForum in May, but I need to submit names and bios of moderators ASAP.

I'll happily moderate.  Can I get at least 2, preferably 3 more folks who are willing to post questions and facilitate discussion for periods of 2-4 hours at a time on Tuesday-Wednesday, May 20-21?  If you are willing, can you please email me directly at emily.fidelman@mail.wvu.edu with a short (under 75 word) bio?

I really appreciate it!  This should be a light lift... we already have our list of questions basically ready here.  (Please also add or comment on the list of questions before our April meeting if you're inspired :-)!)

Finally, I am happy for Irene but sad for us to share that she has accepted a new role and will not be able to continue to serve on the IG.  She was so kind as to leave us some documentation for our work on a handbook of best practices, which are in our documents library.

I hope you all are having a good early-spring and getting some hints of warmer weather and buds and baby critters :-)!   Thanks for your Service!

    Emily

    Hi, Emily:

I will be at the NASIG conference on those dates, but I could possibly help out with earlier morning questions, as the conference is virtual and starts every day around 11:00 a.m.

I apologize for my limited availability during that time frame.

(Also, thank you for sending the presentation/slides over).

    Have a wonderful day!

    Michelle

That might be very helpful, Michelle... for it not to be Just-Me :-)!

I'll be in touch either way.... crossing my fingers we'll get a couple of others but we'll definitely make sure you don't have but a tiny bit to cover if you're the only volunteer.

I would truly appreciate the help, all... whatever you can swing is fine!

    Thanks again!

    Emily
