  • 1.  Downsides of offering remote or hybrid work schedules?

As managers and leaders, what are the downsides of offering hybrid and fully remote work options?

Some of our previous discussion has touched on this, but it may be good to dig into this side of the debate under a specific/separate thread.

I fear that for some, the expectation for full-time, in-person, work is considered outdated and "behind the times." But what are the actual, tangible benefits of working together onsite?

    Have at it!

collegiality!  Getting to know those you work with!  Unless you have explored how to manage remote employees it is very different!

In the corporate wold who are the first to be let go??  Those who people know and see or those that are invisible to the organization?

Just a couple of starting thoughts…
