  • 1.  Designated Chair for 2022-23?

    Hello to those of you on the Book and Paper IG,

    I'm a member of the Core Interest Group Coordinating Committee. We are reviewing the Core IGs for this year and noticed your group does not have a designated Chair for 2022-23. If there is a new chair, please complete the May Report for IGs: https://alacore.org/handbook/interest-groups/report-form/ . This form will ask for the new Chair when the May report is selected.

    If your group does not have a new Chair for this year, this may be a good time for the group to ask for volunteers to lead the group. Please let the IG Coordinating Committee know by August 15th of the new chair for your group. Without a chair, the group will be added to the list of those to be dissolved.

    I have not heard from anyone on this list about a chair for 2022-23. If a new chair has come forward, please let me know or complete the May Report for IGs: https://alacore.org/handbook/interest-groups/report-form/ . This form will ask for the new Chair when the May report is selected.
