You're invited to join an open meeting Monday December 2 at 3:00-4:00 pm Eastern focused on Solutions for Shared Challenges.
The December meeting will feature the following two topic areas:
1) foreign language expertise when acquisitions don't justify a full time position; and
2) handling major vacancies in Technical Services or folks in acting positions (while also doing their regular positions).
We are developing a community of practice approach to technical services topics. Current TSD members will provide some initial context and then will lead the discussion with participants on potential strategies and approaches.
