    Description:

In this webinar, I discuss neurodivergence, what it is and isn't, and how you can be a better coworker and ally. This also provides recommendations for supervisors on some ways to provide accommodations.

    Learning outcomes:

At the end of the webinar, attendees will be able to:

    • able to have a better understanding of what it means to have neurodivergent coworkers and what they need and don't need

    • what managers can do to promote a better work environment for neurodivergent workers.

    Who should attend?

This is geared toward anyone looking to improve their workplace for others, especially managers.

    Presenters:

Jen Conway received her MSIS from University of Tennessee Knoxville. She is a neurodivergent cataloging and metadata librarian.
