    Dear Colleagues,

     

    In addition to the Core Storage Discussion Group meeting at ALA Annual (Sunday, June 30th from 2:30 to 3:30 at the Hilton, Bayfront, Indigo Ballroom C), the ALA Core Storage Discussion group is offering an opportunity to tour the UC San Diego Libraries storage facility on Thursday, June 27, 2024 . 

     

    Details:  We will meet by the "meet spot" in the entrance area to Giesel Library on the UCSD Campus at 9am.  The group will be shuttled to the facility for a tour, and then returned to Geisel for a follow-up discussion.  Expect to spend 3 hours total on the tour.  Each participant is responsible for their own transportation to and from the UCSD campus.  https://library.ucsd.edu/visit/library-maps/directions.html

     

    Signups are limited to 10 participants, on a first-come, first-serve basis.  There will also be a limited waitlist.  You will receive confirmation of your spot or waitlist status via email.  If you are not able to attend, please let us know ASAP so that we may offer your slot to the next person on the list.  Signup Form
