Core Project Management Interest Group

The Core Project Management Interest Group (PMIG) is seeking presentation proposals for its next meeting during the 3^rd week of January (day to be determined by the availability of the presenters.)

Presentations should be no more than 15 minutes in length including brief time for Q&A. The topic of your presentation should focus on anything related to project management in libraries, including, but not limited to:

• How project management can aid in communication
• How you built a culture of project management in your library
• Project success stories
• Methodology for prioritizing projects within your library
• Best practices for organizing a project
• Demo your favorite project management tool/application
• Basic project management training
• another idea that you have related to project management

Please fill out the submission form to send your presentation proposal to PMIG's co-chairs Kelly Sattler and Timothy Provenzano.

The deadline for proposal submissions is now Dec. 12, 2024. The decisions concerning the proposals will be sent out by Dec. 21st, 2024.
